Anita will keep us updated.

Jean Paton – The stairwell at Farmstead Road Flats has not been cleaned for 7 weeks – and are in a terrible state – Tenants of the flats  are still paying for the cleaning so why is it not getting done?

Ian Hopewell was contacted three times by Denise not as reported last month Ian Tattersall   - Denise apologised but explained that she always gets the two Ian’s mixed up.

Frank – says that he also has contacted Ian Hopewell again without success.

Anita reported – that the trees on the belt near the A6003 were being looked at and she will keep us informed.

Anita has had some great news – She is to be the New Neighbourhood Coordinator and has handed her notice in as Tenant Participation Worker – she will take up her new post after she works her compulsory notice. WELL DONE ANITA ( I suppose that means a   new pair of shoes or boots will be bought! ) The whole meeting was pleased that Anita wasn’t leaving the council and that we would still see her at our meetings.

CAR PARKING

Horsham Walk has been done and several other areas on our estate have been done and they look really good and go a long way to easing the parking situation – but there are still places that are desperate for additional parking – Selsy Road, Falmer Walk, Wimbourne Walk/Chesil Walk Area, Blandford Court, York Road, Birling Place and Weston Walk to name a few – If you know of any areas that are gridlocked because of parking issues please let us know.
